At the end of their school career, young people are expected to make decisions that have far-reaching consequences. Often these people are not in a position to get good support from their family or environment at this point.
Job application training at schools
I work in schools and want to help young people find their way after school and be happy and successful in the process.
In workshops at selected schools, I help pupils to make a conscious decision for themselves at the end of their school career. I support them with training in the context of upcoming applications to help them successfully master the application process.
I am delighted when they succeed in taking the first step towards their professional future.
Since 2019, I have been helping pupils at schools in Hamburg Harburg, Meiendorf and Wellingsbüttel to take a self-determined and successful path after school.
Coaching for a career start
Training or job begins and life changes. A culture shock for many who have enjoyed a great deal of freedom in their school careers so far and are now entering a world where rules are no longer a matter of negotiation. Since 2021, I have been helping young people to find their way in this changed world and get off to a good start in this new phase of their lives.
