My name is Torsten Hahr
I am a global manager with many years of leadership experience in corporate and medium-sized companies - as well as a consultant and coach.
As a management consultant and coach, I support people and organizations in change processes.
As an interim manager, I take responsibility and implement change projects, solve problems and bridge bottlenecks.
My extensive expertise enables me to quickly get to work and develop tailor-made, effective interventions that benefit the entire organization.
What defines me as a coach:
As a coach, I have extensive experience and work on an equal footing with the executives and prospective decision-makers I coach. Thanks to my extensive professional career, it is not necessary to introduce me to the experience of a manager - I have first-hand knowledge of the challenges, dynamics and responsibilities associated with these roles.
My training according to the standards of the German Coaching Association (DBVC e.V.) ensures not only a sound methodology, but also a high ethical standard that characterizes my work. This combination of practical expertise and certified training enables me to respond to the individual needs of my clients in a targeted and empathetic manner.
My approach as consultant
From my own experience as a manager, I know that it is almost impossible for those in positions of responsibility within their own organizational structures to obtain independent and unbiased opinions and perspectives.
I support you with genuine neutrality in your deliberations on change. For you, I am a resilient sparring partner at eye level who understands your professional environment.
Starting with a thorough situation analysis, I will support you with strategy, organizational and cultural development through to the full implementation of new structures.
Should it be necessary for the success of the project, I extend myself with partners from my extensive network of consultants in consultation with my client.
How I work as interim manager
As an interim manager, I am commissioned in situations where the existing management is faced with complex challenges or far-reaching change processes that require a quick and unbiased external perspective. I have many years of experience from various management roles and projects - particularly in the areas of corporate and divisional management, strategy, market and business development as well as product management, marketing and sales. I make targeted use of my know-how to master these challenges. With my strategic vision and operational skills, I support companies in transformation phases by quickly becoming effective, driving the assigned projects forward and bringing them to a successful conclusion.
